The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) provides comprehensive healthcare to central government employees and pensioners. This tool helps beneficiaries find CGHS empanelled hospitals, eye centres, diagnostic centres, and dental clinics near them. CGHS covers serving and retired central government employees, Members of Parliament, Supreme Court and High Court Judges, freedom fighters, journalists accredited with PIB, and their eligible dependents. Beneficiaries carry a CGHS card and obtain a referral from their wellness centre for planned treatments. Emergency cases are treated at any empanelled facility without prior referral. Treatment is available on a cashless basis or through reimbursement subject to CGHS rates.
