I had a very good experience at this hospital. All hospital services were excellent and well organized. Doctors are experienced and supportive, and the nursing staff is very caring and polite. The billing team is very helpful and cooperative. Special thanks to Ms. Shikha from the billing team for her great support during the insurance process. She explained everything clearly and made the billing process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a very good hospital with professional staff and patient-friendly services. Highly recommended.

I was admitted under Dr. Ritesh Agarwal sir for Hernia surgery and I had a very good experience with him. We are great satisfied with the treatment. Hello is a great and one of the best surgeon. I’ve recently experienced true medical professionalism from Dr. Piyush Kumar Singh, an orthopaedic specialist at Felix Hospital. From the very first consultation, his calm and humble nature stood out. He listened carefully to my concerns about my lower back pain, explained the condition in simple terms, and reassured me with confidence and clarity. His precise diagnosis and timely treatment brought me relief much faster than I expected. Within a short period, my lower back pain significantly improved, and I’m able to do my dairy chores again I am deeply grateful for the care and support I received, and I sincerely appreciate the effort of the Doctor.

Merits- The best thing here are the doctors and the staff. We had undergone our child delivery at the hospital under the treatment of Ms. Sonia Kuruvilla mam. The delivery was a normal delivery which is a rarity these days. Ms. Kuruvilla mam is so polite and have a ever smiling face. My wife even at a point succummed to pain but the doctor's never gave up. They kept on encouraging my wife to push a little further during the time when just want a yes from the patient to go for c-section. And the next good point comes the staff. Do not judge them by their age as they know their job quite well. Would like to thank all the staff for taking great care of my wife and my little one. Demerits- Deducting 1 star for the infrastructure here. It completely dilapidated. The lifts are very limitedand often stops functioning. Trust me that is the one thing that u will hate the most. The rooms are okay but do not expect rooms like medanta or max. The bathroom geysers keep failing. During our stay they never worked. P.s.- if you are looking for great treatment then this hospital is great. I would strongly recommend gynic department and pediatrician ward. If you are looking for luxury then you may opt for other hospitals.
