Three factors determine what a CGHS beneficiary pays for any procedure.
City tier
Metro cities pay the full rate. Smaller cities pay less.
Accreditation
NABH-accredited hospitals are paid more than Non-NABH.
Ward entitlement
Based on your pay level. Semi-private is the baseline.
