First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Abhay Mahindre, Dr. Khamkar, Dr. Sumit Sir, and the entire NICU team for their exceptional care and support. During such a critical and stressful time, the positive attitude and constant reassurance provided by the entire team meant a great deal to us. It truly helped us stay strong and hopeful. Our newborn baby was admitted to the NICU, and as parents, it was one of the most difficult experiences of our lives. However, the dedication, professionalism, and compassionate care shown by the doctors, nurses, and support staff gave us immense confidence that our baby was in the safest hands. Every member of the team was supportive, approachable, and ready to guide us whenever we had concerns or questions. I would also like to share one humble suggestion. A newborn baby is the most precious gift for any parent, and every extra day in the hospital can be emotionally challenging for the family. If the baby has recovered well and is medically stable, we kindly request that the discharge process be planned as early and smoothly as possible, without unnecessary delays in procedures. This would greatly help parents reunite with their little one at home at the earliest. Once again, heartfelt thanks to Dr. Mahindre, Dr. Khamkar, Dr. Sumit Sir, and the entire NICU team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Care and Service We had a very good experience at this hospital. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and patiently. The nursing staff was caring, attentive, and always ready to help. The hospital premises were clean and well-maintained. The admission and discharge process was smooth, and the staff was cooperative throughout. We truly felt that our child was in safe hands. I am very grateful to my doctor - Dr Abhijit Whatkar for the excellent care during my cholecystectomy. He was extremely kind, motivating, and explained my condition and treatment clearly, which gave me great confidence.
