Regency Hospital, Lucknow has been a blessing for my family. I consulted Dr. Praveen Jha for my wife’s jaundice when her condition was very serious. Her SGPT and bilirubin levels were extremely high, and we were moving around Gomti Nagar in search of a good doctor with real hope. Dr. Praveen Jha was very calm, patient, and well-sorted. He carefully reviewed all the unnecessary and irrelevant reports previously prescribed by Apollo and Max Hospital doctors, which seemed more for hospital benefits, and then started treatment with his own well-planned medicines. He assured us she would be fine within a few weeks — and that is exactly what happened. On Dr. Praveen Jha’s suggestion, I also consulted Dr. D.P. Singh for my parents’ sugar and cholesterol issues. Dr. D.P. Singh is a fantastic doctor. I felt very comfortable discussing every concern with him. I have also consulted him online, and his guidance has always been clear, patient, and effective. Everything is good, especially the nursing staff and the doctor team—they are fabulous. And the food is delicious. I really want to appreciate the kitchen staff. However, the admission and discharge process is too lengthy. If you come with patience, then this hospital is well and good, but if you are in a hurry, you may want to consider another one.
