Very disappointing experience at Sonia Hospital, Delhi. We visited for my mother’s wrist fracture, expecting proper treatment and clear guidance. Despite paying the fees, the service felt careless and unprofessional. There was no proper explanation of her condition or recovery process. Even after the treatment, my mother’s wrist is still not healed properly — her hand remains bent and she is struggling. When we raised concerns and asked questions, we were told, in a very dismissive manner, words to the effect of: “The bone where it was broken has joined, what can I do now?” Is this how patients are supposed to be treated after trusting a hospital with their loved one’s health? Where is the accountability? Hospitals earn reputation through patient care, not just consultation fees. Please think carefully before choosing this hospital. You deserve respect, proper answers, and responsible treatment — especially when it comes to your family.
