I had a very pleasant experience with my eye doctor and the entire staff. The doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The support staff was equally kind, cooperative, and attentive throughout my visit. Overall, the service was excellent; maintaining a slightly more punctual schedule would make the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

My mother received treatment at AB Eye Institute, and we are extremely satisfied with the care provided. Dr. Satyajit Sinha is a very experienced, kind, and supportive doctor. He explained the condition and treatment clearly and treated my mother with great patience and respect. We felt comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. The staff was also caring and cooperative. We are truly thankful to Dr. Satyajit Sinha and the entire team.

“No doubt the doctor is good and the treatment is done properly. I have been visiting this clinic regularly for the last 10 years. My father’s cataract surgery was also done here, and at that time the experience was fine. However, during my recent visit for my mother’s cataract surgery, I felt that the doctor’s behavior towards patients has become quite rude. The staff is even more unhelpful — they do not clarify any doubts properly and keep sending patients from one place to another. Although the treatment quality is good, there is a serious need for improvement in communication and behavior. If the staff becomes more cooperative and the doctor communicates politely, the overall patient experience would be much better.” Thank you for your response, Doctor. This feedback is shared as a constructive suggestion, not as a complaint. Despite explaining the post-surgery instructions to my mother multiple times, she still felt confused because she wanted to hear the key points directly from her treating doctor. Hearing reassurance and instructions directly from the doctor gives patients, especially elderly ones, a different level of confidence. I feel many other patients may experience the same. Even a brief interaction of a few minutes before discharge, where the doctor personally confirms post-surgery care, could greatly reduce anxiety and confusion. We also felt that staff communication could be more patient and empathetic, particularly during processes such as the Visual Acuity Test and general patient assistance. At times, the tone of communication felt harsh rather than supportive. While the medical treatment is good, polite communication, proper guidance, and empathetic handling play a very important role in the overall patient experience. I hope this feedback is taken positively for improvement.
