My experience with Aesthetic dental clinic was very satisfied, I went there for Root Canal Treatment, my tooth condition was not good , I have undergone the root canal treatment from other dental clinic but they did wrong treatment and my tooth condition got worsen only , after that I have searched for good dentist and then I came to know about aesthetic clinic, Dr Sunny is very cooperative dentist and his communication skills are so good, he listen carefully and will tell the procedure according to your condition, he is not money minded person, every dentist there are very professional and very good practitioners. They do procedure with efficiency, finally I can eat easily anything, and no more pain is there, really thankful to Dr Sunny and his team for given me the best treatment. I strongly recommend this clinic.

My experience at the Aesthetic Dental Clinic, managing my father's root canal procedure, was profoundly disappointing and unacceptable. He had to wait nearly a month for the root canal to be fixed, a process that should take only a couple of days or, at most, a week at other competent clinics. The clinic’s scheduling process is inefficient and shows a complete disregard for patient urgency, even in emergency situations. The standard protocol requires three separate appointments spaced far too apart: Initial consultation. Next visit (for measurement) scheduled 10-15 days later. Final treatment scheduled another 10 days later. This drawn-out structure forced him to endure discomfort for over a month and required excessive time commitment for a standard procedure. Such delays for necessary dental care are completely unprofessional. Unacceptable Receptionist Attitude: The poor service is compounded by the hostile and dismissive attitude of the reception staff. They treat patients with an air of superiority and indifference, as if we are inconveniencing them or asking for a personal favor. Professional healthcare staff should be polite and empathetic; this behavior is unacceptable in a service environment. Conclusion: While the technical skill of the doctors might be adequate, the clinic’s administrative processes, scheduling protocols, and hostile front-office staff ruin the entire patient experience. I cannot recommend Aesthetic Dental Clinic for anyone needing timely, efficient, or compassionate care. Avoid this clinic if you have an emergency or require treatment within a reasonable timeframe.

I visited Aesthetic Dental Clinic to get dentures for my mother through ECHS. Dr. Misty Shaw explained everything clearly and recommended flexible dentures. The experience was good overall. My mother had some pain at first, but the doctor fixed it quickly on the next visit. Since then, there have been no problems.

Had an excellent experience getting a RCT done by Dr Sunny.Was impressed by his professional competence, meticulous approach and positive attitude.Would strongly recommend this clinic for any dental issues.
