AIIMS rajkot is a great Hospital and Medical College which a huge area. The hospital is equipped with all high tech instruments. There are two major department here pulmonology and Plastic surgery
OPD time is 9 AM but most of the staff starts working only after 10 AM. Too much rush. Long waiting time. Patient parking is too far. No updation of medical records on ABHA account.
Dr is very good and service charge almost zero but process to see patient, opd registration, opd waiting launge and turn of patient is very very bad and pathetic. Staff is supportive. Need to must improve patient seeking method to avoid delay, patient waiting etc. Outer atmospher is very good but in building construction they might not taken patient flow and guidance from older aiims.
