My mother recently underwent bilateral knee replacement surgery at Amicare Hospital, Ghaziabad, and our overall experience was excellent. The staff behavior was extremely good, polite, and supportive throughout the entire process. I would especially like to mention Pushpa and Aparna — they were always available to help, very professional, calm, and genuinely caring. Their support made a huge difference during our hospital stay. The hospital staff as a whole was very attentive, well-coordinated, and highly professional in their work. From admission to post-surgery care, everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. We felt reassured and well taken care of at every step. I would definitely recommend Amicare Hospital to anyone looking for quality orthopedic care and compassionate service.

I am not sure about this hospital’s performance in orthopaedic cases, but based on my experience, the services for other medical issues are not satisfactory. My son was admitted here for four days under the CGHS facility for the treatment of typhoid and stomach infection. As per my entitlement under CGHS, I am eligible for a private ward. However, the hospital did not provide me private ward and accommodated my son in their so-called “semi-private ward,” which actually had four beds in the ward and functioned more like a general ward. At the time of admission, the hospital staff assured us that we would be shifted to a private ward as soon as one became available. Unfortunately, despite staying there for four days, no such arrangement was made and my son continued to remain in the same crowded ward. This experience was disappointing. It gave me the impression that CGHS patients may not be given priority for private ward facilities, possibly to accommodate more private or insurance patients. I hope the hospital management reviews such practices and ensures fair treatment for all patients as per their entitlements.
