During that visit, he detected early cataracts in both my eyes but honestly advised that surgery was not required at that time. He recommended regular follow-ups, which I continued diligently under his guidance. Last month, during my review, he explained that the cataracts had progressed and that it was now the right time for surgery. My experience at Anideep Hospital for Cataract of both eyes and Right eye Retina surgery performed in January 2026 was wonderful. Dr Swapnesh Sawant did an excellent job in performing both. Eye surgeries. All the counter staff , nurses and OT staff including Anaesthetist did their job perfectly. Special mention re garding paper work for insurance claim which was done in the way required by Insurance Co. I will recommend the senior citizens to visit this eye hospital for eye surgeries.
