"I visited this eye hospital recently to consult for my mother, but my experience was very disappointing. The staff here is extremely unprofessional and rude in their behavior. Instead of guiding patients politely, they spoke in a very arrogant and disrespectful manner which made us feel very uncomfortable. In a hospital environment where care and empathy should be the priority, such behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for genuine care and respectful service."
