Apex Hospital

​I recently admitted my mother to Apex Hospital, Bhopal, and I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience. While the medical treatment itself was acceptable, the hospitality and management were far below standard. ​When we arrived at the emergency ward, the guards and ward boys were all asleep. I literally had to shout to wake them up so they would attend to my mother. In an emergency, every second counts, and this level of laziness is dangerous. ​The hospital seems to prioritize money over patient care. Before starting any work or providing help, the staff constantly brings up payments. Everything feels like a "hidden charge." They have a bizarre rule where only patients can use the lift. If you are a family member or attendant, you are forced to use the stairs, which is exhausting and insensitive. ​ The nursing staff is often distracted, spending more time chatting with each other than attending to patients. ​ Medicines and general charges are significantly higher than expected for the quality of service provided. ​ Ayushman card is also not acceptable here They have hoarding outside there hospital but when you say you have ayushman card they will say it's use only for surgery not in any other cases I would not recommend this hospital if you are looking for timely care and respectful hospitality. The management needs to train their staff to be more alert and empathetic toward families in distress.
