The service I appreciated the most was the availability of a dedicated uploading counter. It significantly helped patients by simplifying document submission and reducing confusion. That said, there is scope for further improvement through increased automation. Specifically: Automated report flow from laboratory to doctor Seamless digital transfer of reports to the uploading counter Token-based dispatch and tracking system for better patient movement management Implementing these improvements would enhance efficiency, reduce waiting time, and improve the overall patient experience.
Dr.rajneesh is great surgeon. He is not only an Excellent Doctor , he is simple, superb Human being, Sober, approachable, a Great friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service. Always amazing treatment. He is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. Nice advise, hardly find such non commercial Doctors in this era. Apart from dedication , he also has slight wit which impresses me more resulting in great relief from stress. May God bless him and best wishes for the future.
