We welcomed our 1st born! My wife and I are both doctors and have known Dr. Gurmeet(our Gynaec) from her PCMS days, trusting her instincts and the stature of the well renowned name of Apex hospital we decided to have our 1st born here. With god's grace and the support of entire team of Doctors(Dr Gurmeet, Dr Harleen, Dr Jasleen) and the very supportive and welcoming staff nurses all went well. The room was well lit and spacious, amenities we up to date and standard. The class 4 aunties were also courteous and soft spoken, they responded within minutes of ringing the bell everytime. All in all the hospital is run by a very efficient and hardworking team of doctors that strive to provide best possible care and convenience. I would like to thank Dr Gurmeet again for everything she has done for us and the lil one, thank you ma'am and entire team of Apex!

We’re grateful to Dr. Jasleen for bringing our healthy baby girl into this world. Through the entire journey, she patiently answered all our questions, gave us useful advice and tried to accommodate all our requests. She truly keeps the patient at the centre of everything and her demeanour and kindness towards us made us feel very comfortable as first time parents to be. Her nursing staff, particularly Suman, Vandana, Khushi and Nisha were extremely helpful.

My experience was bad at reception counter . Reception staff are not at all supportive as informed that Dr.Akshata Desai is not there wherein Dr.was available and attending patients. We saw token Display board but is OFF then how do we see which patience sequence no is going on. Also I saw hand sanitizer stand near washroom but there is no sanitizer at all. Lots many things need to improve. 1. Need to start taking appointments on call as patients cant come from far distance @7am to collect slips. 2. Need to improve staff behaviour few of them are very good. 3.display board need to be ON.
