About five-six months ago, I started my mother's treatment for a shoulder problem. Someone suggested Dr. Sandeep Garg, so we consulted him. He examined and told us within a couple of months we'd know the issue. He didn't waste time, gave us medicines for pain, and suggested an MRI. The MRI revealed her needing an operation, which Dr. Sandeep Garg straightaway recommended. He referred us to Apex Hospital, Mansarovar. 😊 The staff, including Sonam Madam and others, took great care of us. The operation under Dr. Sandeep Garg's supervision was fantastic, with amazing results. The hospital's room cleaning staff, like Manju, were very good. Every staff member treated us like family. The nursing staff is caring, supportive, and always ready to help. Cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained throughout the hospital, which gives a lot of confidence as a patient. Main positive point of this hospital is humble Doctors always ready to have conversations with patient and his attendent with open mind and patient,s own language. Floor staff and counter staff very cooperative and work with service moto.. these behaviour give mental strength to patient and attendent. Although wards beds etc need to be improved..lack of proper space is also disturbing. But treatment at reasonable rates give satisfaction.
