I took appointment for urodynamic study in apollo hyderguda, and took appointment at 7am, and reached on time and paid, and reached to test lab, the guy who is sitting there says that you need to wait till 10:30, and explaining first come first basis. He doesn’t have manners of guys who are coming from distant places, and I can’t help, you need to wait till we call you. I want the apollo team to have respect for customers. I took this study appointment 2 times and finally got the appointment and this is the behaviour. Think of coming before coming to this Hospital, there is no OC ordination between deportments. Reception guy do not know the biller, biller doesn’t have control over lab, lab guy do not know what to do with customers.

My experience at Apollo Hospital Hyderguda is great. I went there by taking my wife who is a diabetic for many years to meet Dr. Srirangam Vamshi. He is very polite, highly knowledgeable, understands the patient and very compassionate. Within one month my wife started feeling better and sugar levels have come down. I was admitted for AVN surgery under the care of Dr. Hari Sharma, who is highly experienced and among the best doctors in this field. When we met him for the treatment, he listened patiently and clearly explained all aspects of the surgery, which helped ease our concerns. The surgery was successfully performed by him, and I was able to start walking with support from the second day onwards. I stayed in the hospital for three days, during which the nursing team was very experienced, supportive, and helpful throughout my recovery.
