I am a CGHS beneficiary and have been undergoing treatment at Apple Dental Hospital. However, I am facing several issues that need urgent attention: My treatment is not yet complete, and I am not receiving proper responses from the hospital staff. The staff is providing irresponsible answers and not addressing my concerns adequately. I have noticed instances where extra charges are being taken, which should not be the case under the CGHS scheme.
Excellent doctor dharma teja sir and great working experience
My name is Sowmya I came from Udayagiri mandal Nellore district The apple dental hospital received me in friendly manner. Both the Staff and doctor were friendly receiving. I am Jayashanmugam, 73y male.I am referred from CGHS, Nellore for dental treatment. CGHS has 2 referal dental Hosp in Nellore. I preferred Apple. As per I expected reception staff received me and directed to me to Dr Visvanath. After scanning they found 3 teethe are to be removed & for 1 tooth root canal treatment is required. I brought CGHS approval for this. And as on today 3 teeth were removed in 2 sittings. Services of Dr Masthan sir are commendable. Services of receptionists & doctors are verygood . I am Sudhakar from Nellore, AP I had been to Apple Dental Clinic Nellore and udergone complete dental Implatation and found satisfactory treatment.Doctors are very nice and complete staff at clinic are very co operative.The treatment is affordable.
