One of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. A single tooth extraction took 3.5 hours because the management is utterly incompetent and disorganized. There was zero communication about delays patients are left waiting endlessly without any courtesy or explanation. They enforce a no-footwear policy, yet the floor is filthy and unhygienic, making the whole setup look careless and unprofessional. If this is how they manage basic tasks, I shudder to think about how they handle critical cases. This place is a clear example of weak management, poor standards, and no regard for patient comfort. Definitely not recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, yet I was made to wait for almost 4 hours without any proper communication or follow-up from the staff. I waited patiently until 2:00 PM, only to find out that the doctor went for lunch at 2:30 PM and returned around 3:40 PM. There was a complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, empathy, and respect for the patient’s time. Despite waiting for hours, I was not treated at all and had to leave. My entire day was wasted, especially since it was my week off. This experience reflects poor management and an unprofessional attitude toward patients. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who values their time
