Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your attention a very unpleasant experience we had at Arvind Eye Hospital while visiting under the Arogyashree scheme. We arrived together, but we belong to different families and each of us holds a separate Arogyashree card. Despite this, the staff refused to examine us, stating that patients from the same family would not be checked together. We tried to calmly explain that we are from different families and showed our individual Arogyashree cards as proof. Instead of listening, the staff behaved rudely Staff member Gayatri and her colleague, after a prolonged discussion did they finally agree to proceed. However, due to the disrespectful behavior and the argument, we felt extremely uncomfortable and decided not to continue with the consultation. We expect respectful communication and proper understanding from healthcare staff, especially when patients are already under stress. Such behavior not only causes distress but also discourages patients from seeking medical care. I request the hospital management to kindly look into this matter and ensure that staff are trained to communicate politely and handle Arogyashree patients professionally in the future. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Skhan

First they take the order for the opticals but after done with full payment delivery date will be given and it will not be delivered on time. After calling to the given number also they won't respond and say that it was holiday and didn't answer the call with an such nonsense excuse. If they don't want to answer the calls then why the hell it will be given to us? Earlier staff it was good as they used to take care of everything and used to update what is the status of the delivery of our spects.

My wife had come today for her cataract treatment and the entire procedure, starting from The doctor's initial consultation, Planning the surgery, Dealing with the insurance dept. (Mr. Shyaam was extremely cooperating and a thorough professional), The procedure itself and Discharge was seamless. My history with Aravind hospital goes back to 2005 and it has indeed maintained its brilliant commitment towards patients. Dr. Anil had performed the surgery and we are happy with the treatment. I will definitely recommend this hospital. Thanks to the entire team!!
