I had a very positive experience with the orthopaedic doctor Vishnu sir and the hospital. The doctorwas extremely professional, took time to listen to my concerns, and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan in a clear and reassuring way. The hospital was clean, well organized, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend this hospital for orthopaedic treatment.

I would rate Dr. Abhishek Jain 20 out of 10 for his excellent care and professionalism. He is highly competent, attentive, and truly dedicated to his patients. However, my experience with the nursing staff has been disappointing. I would rate them minus 5 out of 10. The night staff often appears to be sleeping and instead of attending promptly, they share a phone number and respond only after multiple calls. There seems to be a lack of responsibility and accountability. Additionally, the night doctor is rarely visible during nighttime hours. Housekeeping services are also inconsistent; rooms are cleaned only after repeated reminders. Except for a few sincere staff members, the overall functioning feels similar to that of a poorly managed government hospital. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving patient care and service standards.
