The waiting times were unnecessarily long, and the overall management appeared disorganized. I sincerely hope the hospital takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the patient experience.

Absolutely appalling experience at ASG Eye Hospital, Darbhanga. I booked an appointment for 8:30 AM and reached at 10:00 AM. Despite waiting for over 2 hours, patients who came after me were seen first. To make matters worse, the doctor went on a tea break, leaving patients like me ignored. I traveled 2 hours from Samastipur and waited hungry and frustrated for 4 hours. This is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable for any reputed hospital. Avoid this place if you value your time and patience.
