I admitted my relative in Asian Vivekanand Super Speciality Hospital. Our experience was very disappointing. The patient was kept in the General Ward (Ward A, Bed No. 5, Date: 01/10/2025, Time: 10:00 PM) where cleanliness was poorly maintained. The pillows had no covers, and the hygiene was unacceptable. The nurses behaved very rudely and never listened to us. Even when the patient faced problems, they refused to change the ward. The bed we were given had no fan above it, making the stay very uncomfortable. What felt worst was the attitude of the female nurses – completely careless and disrespectful. Honestly, we expected much better from a hospital of this name, but the service was extremely poor.

Extremely disappointing service. The doctors here are polite and sweet, but the reception and management staff behave very poorly. Their attitude is extremely arrogant and disrespectful towards patients and attendants. Especially two girls from the billing/management team have very poor communication skills and behave as if they are doctors themselves. The way they talk to people is insulting and completely unacceptable in a hospital environment. It is shocking that staff with such unprofessional behaviour are allowed to deal with patients. They are earning ordinary salaries but behaving with unnecessary arrogance and authority. Hospital management seriously needs to look into this issue and train or replace such staff immediately, because behaviour like this damages the reputation of the hospital. I could not raise this issue properly at that moment, but I strongly urge the management to take action against such arrogant staff members so that other patients do not have to face the same humiliation.

First of all, please do not trust the fake positive reviews about this hospital. If you check carefully, most good reviews are written by one-off accounts with no real details. I am sharing my real experience at Vivekanand Hospital, Moradabad, when I took my father there for sudden severe abdominal pain, and the experience was pathetic and extremely disappointing. The first and most basic step in abdominal pain is an ultrasound to identify the problem. But instead of doing that, they insisted on doing endoscopy first, which made no medical sense at all. On top of that: They did ₹7,000 worth of blood tests without explaining the need. They repeatedly forced us to admit my father even before any diagnosis. And the worst part — they did NOT do an ultrasound for almost 12 hours, even though my father was in pain. After all this unnecessary delay and suffering, they finally did the ultrasound after 12 hours. And they made a bill of around ₹15,000 without any proper treatment or diagnosis. This hospital clearly prioritizes money over patient care. I am sharing this so others can be careful and avoid going through the same experience. Doctor here is very new you can check on his page about him, i Think he should know first about the steps and procedures need to be take from the first stage

My experience with this Asian vivekanand hospital was extremely disappointing. It felt more like a money making setup than a place focused on patient care. During a very critical time, instead of receiving support and guidance, we were repeatedly pushed for payments with little transparency. Dr. Vinamra Singhal was particularly rude and unapproachable. At a moment when empathy and clear communication were most needed, his behavior was insensitive and non-supportive. Questions were not answered properly, and concerns were brushed aside. In critical situations, families look for trust, compassion, and honesty unfortunately, this hospital failed on all these fronts. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this hospital, especially for emergency or critical care.
