My mother was admitted to the hospital due to severe cough and chest congestion. The doctors were very professional, and the treatment provided was genuinely good. We appreciate the medical care and attention given by the doctors. However, the behaviour of some of the nursing staff was disappointing. Their approach to patient communication and customer relations needs significant improvement. At times, they seemed unhelpful and not very patient-friendly, which added stress during an already difficult situation. If the hospital can improve the attitude and communication skills of the nursing staff, I would confidently recommend this facility to others. The medical care is good, but better nursing behaviour would make the overall experience much more positive. 3/5
My experience visiting the hospital was very good. There was ample car parking space, and the doctors were highly experienced. It is an excellent place for all general checkups, that too was quick. No need to go to Trivandrum. The assistance provided by the other staff members was also very helpful. One just needs to communicate clearly with the doctors and staff to ensure a smooth and quick consultation process. My parents were not feeling well. The hospital team help us a lot in many ways.
I was wondering and pleasantly surprised when my friend recommended this hospital. From consultation to medication, everything was very quick. The staff escorted me to each place very well. The best part is that the parking area and garden are so beautiful.
Please be cautious when visiting this hospital. In my experience, and recently in my nephew’s, we were both initially told that stomach pain might be due to appendicitis. However, after scanning, it turned out to be only a regular stomach ache caused by food. This happened to me a few years ago and has now happened again with my nephew. I hope the hospital can improve its diagnostic approach and avoid causing unnecessary worry.
They will say like op is at 2 pm, and we will hurry to the hosp.. Bt dr will be in his home only. We hv to wait for 2-3 hrs for drs arrival counter staff didnt tell whether dr is arrived or not... No value for oir time.. Its very pathetic to spend thousands and waste our valuable time... If possible dont opt this hosp
