I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this eye hospital was extremely disappointing. We suffered a lot because of mismanagement of staff, rude behaviour of doctor himself.we requested for different company lenses and they have changed the company of lens for cataract operation ..that’s why we have cancelled our appointment for operation . Not recommending at all.
I recently had LASIK surgery here and it was a great experience! The entire process was smooth, and all the doctors and staff were incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended if you’re considering LASIK — you’ll be in great hands!
We are from Pali Rajasthan, paid fee of Rs. 150 for OLD case to Dr. Bavisha eye hospital Relief Road, but due to negligence of hospital staff Dr. Bavisha left without examining, when we talked to the hospital staff we were asked to go to another hospital in Nehru Nagar 5 km away, the behavior of the hospital staff was very bad. Even after paying the fee we could not see the doctor. 11-2-2025
I am very satisfied with this hospital, My cataract surgery have done.My distance number have completely gone after cataract surgery, and Good service
100/- fees at trust hospital is very high. No any experience doctor work in this hospital only new medical student work and practice on patient. Staff member is very rude behaviour. All staff members talk with very loud voices. Feels like local hospital. Doctors behaviour also very bad.
