Top-tier medical facility. The hospital is exceptionally clean, modern, and well-organized. I was impressed by the streamlined check-in process and the state-of-the-art equipment.Doctors especially our treating Doctor R C Sharma was thorough, transparent about our treatment plan, and answered all my questions with patience. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking professional and efficient healthcare."

One of the worst Private Hospital ever seen in my life. They are there not to cure patients but to earn as much as money they can. No clear update about the patient is made to us, they are just counting the hours of admission so that they can make a bill of 50K and more. Govt hospitals are far better than this

I had a very disappointing experience at BN Hospital, Jammu, mainly due to the behavior of the security staff. They have absolutely no sense of how to speak to patients’ families and show zero empathy, especially in sensitive situations like childbirth. The security staff appeared more interested in questioning people about why they were in the hospital rather than helping them. It felt like harassment rather than security. There are several strange and unreasonable rules, such as not allowing tea or any eatables inside the room—even when you are paying for a private room. In one instance, I was taking tea for the patient and one attendant. The attendant was holding a newborn baby, yet the security staff forced them to step outside just to have tea. They didn’t even allow kawa for the patient inside the room. This was shocking and completely inhumane. If such strict rules exist, they should be clearly communicated before admitting the patient. How is a family supposed to know about these “unwritten rules” after admission? I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. If you have the option and the budget, please choose a hospital with at least a basic level of professionalism, educated security staff, and senior management that understands human emotions. Healthcare is not a corporate HR department—patients and families deserve compassion, dignity, and respect. Be human first.
