1,701 on GoogleVery disappointing experience at Birla Eye Hospital. The staff behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctors on the second floor do not know how to talk respectfully with patients and their family members. Our patient went for a cataract operation, but after the surgery no one properly informed us about the patient’s condition. We had to keep asking for updates, and instead of helping, the staff responded very rudely. A hospital should not only focus on treatment but also maintain proper communication and basic courtesy with patients. I hope the management seriously looks into this issue and improves the behavior of the staff and doctors.
I recently got my father's eye operation done at Birla Eye Care Hospital. Overall, the medical procedure and the surgery were handled very well. The doctors and medical staff were professional, and the operation went smoothly. However, I faced one major issue regarding their appointment management. The hospital did not stick to the confirmed date of the operation, and the surgery was postponed without informing or taking our consent. This caused inconvenience to our family. If they can improve their communication and follow the scheduled appointments properly, it would greatly enhance the patient experience. Apart from that, the treatment quality was good.
The doctor was highly experienced and provided excellent care throughout the procedure. All doctors involved were very skilled, professional, and reassuring. The staff was extremely cooperative, polite, and supportive at every step. The entire process—from consultation to surgery—was smooth and well-organized. I felt comfortable, informed, and confident during my treatment. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would strongly recommend this hospital/clinic. Very carefully handled my 4 year old kid.
The hospital is too nice and the staff also everything is perfect and the treatment was nice. Everybody is proper mask and following all the rules
