Very disappointing experience at Birla Eye Hospital. The staff behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctors on the second floor do not know how to talk respectfully with patients and their family members. Our patient went for a cataract operation, but after the surgery no one properly informed us about the patient’s condition. We had to keep asking for updates, and instead of helping, the staff responded very rudely. A hospital should not only focus on treatment but also maintain proper communication and basic courtesy with patients. I hope the management seriously looks into this issue and improves the behavior of the staff and doctors.
It was a very nice experience in birla eye hospital the doctors and there whole staff was very co operative and felt like homely atmosphere to patient and there relative. Canteen facility was nice and very reasonable rate. We pray to god and wish at him to bless all the doctors and there staff and give more strength to still work further for long years
The hospital is too nice and the staff also everything is perfect and the treatment was nice. Everybody is proper mask and following all the rules
