The receptionist here is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was sitting at the desk eating while attending to patients, and when called, she did not listen carefully and even disconnected the phone abruptly. Looking at old reviews, it seems the management always supports their staff’s wrong behaviour instead of taking responsibility. I’m sure they will do the same with my review too. There is also a clear setting with AIIMS doctors, and ordinary patients are left waiting for long hours, repeatedly asking for their turn. In return, they only get humiliation and misbehaviour. Overall, a very poor experience — absolutely unacceptable from a medical facility where patients are already under stress.

This Diagnostic center is good for everyone as they provide lots of facilities like Ultrasound, CT Scan, X-Ray, Lab Tests and so on. But there is a problem of Noise and too much noise is harmful for everyone. Their is one Television for the people waiting in waiting area so they can see News. Good Environment and Neat and Clean. One Guard at the Entry point. As I saw a review before posting my own review one person has written that the guard was not his place for sometime but should know that guard has lots of responsibilities so he come for lots of work inside in Center. I recently visited this centre for some health check up and was impressed with the kind of service provided. Centre has latest and up to date equipments and machines. Tests were conducted efficiently and I also received reports on time. It has friendly and helpful reception staff. Receptionist was polite and humble. It has skilled and gentle technicians.

Feedback & Complaint on Discriminatory Behaviour with Govt hospital Referral Patients (under DAK Scheme) Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to share my feedback regarding the treatment of DAK referral patients at your centre. I have personally visited your centre twice in different years, and on both occasions, I observed highly discriminatory behaviour towards patients referred from government hospitals. Unfair Waiting Time: Referral patients are often kept waiting for 2–3 hours, while walk-in patients who pay directly are attended to within 20–30 minutes and receive their reports in about an hour. Referral patients, however, are told to collect reports in the evening or even the next day. Unprofessional Behaviour: The behaviour of certain staff members (especially at the front desk) towards referral patients is very unprofessional and shows clear disparity. Basic Facilities Denied: Referral patients are asked to go outside even for basic services like photocopies, despite the fact that the centre is already being paid (directly or indirectly by the public) for these tests under the government referral scheme. Unequal Treatment: There is a clear inequality between patients based on whether they make immediate payment or come through government referral. If the centre is willingly participating in government tenders to serve referral patients, it should provide equal respect, timely service, and proper facilities without discrimination. Otherwise, it defeats the very purpose of government schemes meant to help patients. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the treatment and service quality for government referral patients.
