Subject: Immediate Intervention Required: Frame Exchange at Center For Sight, DLF Mall Dear Owner Dr. Mahipal S. Sachdev, I visited your Center For Sight outlet at DLF Mall on 1st November and 19th November 2025 to purchase spectacles for my daughter, Kashvi, and for myself. During these visits, I placed an order for two pairs of spectacles, including one customized order, and also purchased a circular-shaped golden frame for myself. The total amount spent during these purchases was approximately ₹45,000. At the time of purchase, critical information regarding the suitability of the large circular golden frame was not communicated to me. Subsequently, my doctor advised that lenses tend to become significantly thicker when fitted into larger frames, which is medically inadvisable and affects both comfort and visual quality. Acting on this professional medical advice, I revisited your store with a clear request to exchange the unsuitable frame for a smaller, appropriate one and to have Crizal lenses fitted instead. Despite the valid medical basis for this request, your store manager, Mr. Anil, categorically refused the exchange, stating that “we do not exchange sold products.” This refusal was made without considering the medical concern involved and without offering any alternative or corrective solution. For an organization operating in the healthcare domain, such a rigid and dismissive response is unacceptable. Center For Sight is expected to prioritize patient well-being, professional responsibility, and customer care over inflexible internal policies. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the brand. I therefore request your immediate intervention to approve the exchange of the unsuitable frame and ensure a fair, prompt, and medically appropriate resolution. I have very bad experience with Center for sight, sector - 75 at spectrum mall branch. As per Dr.prescription my glass was not made. After finding the fault in lens configurations still glass shops has not replaced the glass. I will not recommend anyone to prepare glass lens from sector -75, spectrum mall branch.

Centre for Sight was the best hospital for an eye check-up. I had booked my slot online, and it was completely free. They had very professional staff from start to end, and they treated people very politely. The process to book a slot was easy, and they did not waste the patient’s time. Overall, I was very satisfied with the Centre for Sight.

Having been a regular visitor of Center for Sight at both Preet Vihar and Indirapuram, I can confidently say that the Noida branch inside Spectrum Mall is currently one of the best eye care centers in Delhi NCR. The Noida center stands out with its spacious and thoughtfully designed premises. Located conveniently inside the mall, it offers a modern, well-organized facility with a much larger area compared to their other locations. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable, and the entire premises is clean and very well maintained. It doesn’t give you the usual feeling of being in a hospital until you actually step in to see the doctor—making the environment far more relaxed and pleasant. There are usually 4–5 experienced doctors available throughout the day, ensuring minimal wait times and easy access to specialist consultations. I’ve personally been coming here as my mother underwent cataract surgery at this center, and the experience—from consultation to surgery to post-op care—has been exceptional.
