Chandan Hospital is very good in overall, knee replacement with robotic surgery has been done successfully of my mother. Dr Naveen Srivastava is very experienced and humble. Staff is also very good and supportive.

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a scheduled appointment for a USG Obstetrics Color Doppler at Chandan Diagnostic Centre, Mahmoorganj, Varanasi, booked via the Bajaj platform. Despite having a confirmed booking, the center declined to perform the scan. They explicitly stated that they will not honor bookings or payments made through Bajaj. This has caused significant inconvenience and a delay in necessary medical care. They have taken money from me for a USG Obstetrics Color Doppler ultrasound, and they uploaded the report to the Bajaj portal. They accepted the money for the lab test I booked through Bajaj. I am writing to report a fraudulent billing incident at Chandan Diagnostic Centre & Chandan Pharmacy, Mahmoorganj, Varanasi regarding my USG Obstetrics Color Doppler appointment on 07/ 02/2026. Incident Details: Appointment: I booked the USG through the Bajaj portal. Denial of Service: Upon arrival, the hospital refused to process the scan under my Bajaj insurance/health card. Forced Out-of-Pocket Payment: They insisted I paid amount in online to proceed, which I did. Insurance Fraud: Today, I noticed they have also uploaded the report to the Bajaj portal and accepted the insurance amount for the same scan they forced me to pay for yesterday. This is a clear case of double-charging and cheating.
The staff were very cooperative. Thanks to Aman sir and the Chandan Diagnostic Team.The diagnostic centre was clean and hygienic. overall a good experience.👍
I had a very disappointing experience at Chandan Diagnostic Centre in Varanasi. The staff was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping patients. I had to wait much longer than the promised time, and no one provided a proper explanation for the delay. The reception area was crowded and not well organized.
