Outstanding experience at this Diagnostic Centre. The staff is extremely professional, polite, and cooperative. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern machines. Tests were conducted smoothly without long waiting, and reports were delivered on time with accurate details specially the working speed of reporting staff is excellent. Highly recommended for reliable and hassle-free diagnostic services 👍

They never take calls or intimate about the reports. I have been trying to reach the Indiranagar centre since hours to collect my report, but, the reception staff either keeps the phone engaged, and if, by chance you get through, they disconnect the phone. Very poor service once they take money for the tests

If you have emergency than don't come here ,if u come in morning u have wait till evening 5-6 pm. Otherwise process is good but report u will get late

Worst ever place I have seen. No hygiene, no rule , non professional staff. Careless checks . In short I request DM Lucknow to check the quality of this centre. Don’t risk your life visiting here

Very slow delivery of reports and a highly mismanaged way of handling patients with ill-mannered staff. It's better to get your reports done from other diagnostic labs in the city. Pathetic experience indeed.
