The staff is not dedicated towards customers at all. Even after standing in a long queue for a long time, no one bothers to ask what the issue is. You have to repeatedly call them and only then they listen once. There is absolutely no value for the customer’s time. At the registration counter, unnecessary delays are created without any proper reason. Totally dissatisfied with the management. Never recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chandan Diagnostic. I brought my sister here as she was feeling very giddy, and I requested them to please do her ultrasound early. Instead of helping in such an urgent situation, the staff was completely uncooperative. Some staff members were gentle and tried to listen, but unfortunately they were juniors and could not take any decision. The senior staff’s behavior was extremely rude and insensitive. On top of that, the waiting area was very uncomfortable – it was so hot and there was not even a fan for patients. This is not how a medical facility should treat patients who are already unwell. Really poor management and lack of basic care.

They guide you properly at every step, and the overall process is smooth and hassle-free. The centre is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern machines, which gives confidence in the accuracy of the reports. My reports were delivered on time, and the explanation provided by their team was very clear and professional. Special appreciation for their customer support and quick response. Overall, it’s one of the best diagnostic centres in Prayagraj for reliable and trustworthy tests. Highly recommended to everyone looking for quality diagnostic services!
