What patients say
662 on GoogleI absolutely doubt those 5star ratings will be given by their own students, drs, and staff just to promote their college/ hospital campus. But everything here is feels like hell. Unprofessional work. And what to say. Please do not come here. Better to die without treatment then coming here. Drs. are just selling their treatments and ignoring the condition of the patients. Every body is so casual there is no seriousness among any person working here. Also the Drs. Who refer their patients here in this hell please stop it.

DON'T go with name of this ID .. i am genuine ⭐ 1 Star – Worst Hospital Ever | Please Read Before You Risk a Life This hospital is a nightmare. Here’s everything patients and families should know: 1. Unskilled, Outdated Doctors: Most doctors are far behind current medical science. It’s 2025, but they still use outdated tools, old books, and basic equipment. Many of them act like "jhola chhap" doctors — no proper diagnosis, no updated knowledge. 2. Money-Minded & Negligent: Quality of care is ZERO. Once a patient enters the ICU, they make it extremely difficult for you to discharge or shift them to other hospital. 3. ICU Run by Students, Not Professionals: ICU patients are often handled by underqualified students. Many of them chew gutka and tobacco openly. It’s shocking that students scoring 50–150 in NEET are allowed to treat critical patients. They don’t even know the basics of human anatomy or essential nutrients. 4. Pathetic ICU – Literally a “Don’t Care Unit”: The ICU here is mismanaged, dirty, and unsafe. Nurses seem completely untrained and unprofessional. No empathy, no communication, and definitely no care. 5. Terrible Communication by Doctors: Doctors don’t know how to talk to patient families. They use complex medical jargon instead of explaining things in simple terms. Zero soft skills or humanity. 6. Filthy Hospital Environment: Cleanliness is a joke here. Floors, wards, washrooms — everything is dirty. Even the nearby “Chill N Pill” café is cleaner than this hospital. 7. Wasted Potential of Ayushman Bharat: While the Ayushman Bharat scheme is good, it gets misused by hospitals like this. If you really care about your health, just buy a private health insurance policy for ₹500/month from PolicyBazaar and get treated at: * SRH Multi Speciality Hospital * National Hospital * Bansal Hospital 8. A Message for Aspiring Doctors: If you can’t score above 500 in NEET, please don’t become a doctor. This profession is about saving lives, not just getting a degree. Unqualified doctors are a danger to society. Final Note: If you value your life or your loved ones’ lives — DO NOT go to this hospital. I genuinely beg and warn you: please stay away.
