The best eye institute so far. My daughter's surgery was done by doctor Pradeep Agarwal, pediatric surgeon. He is so humble , intelligent and caring. He successfully did the operation and took care of everything. Thank to him and his team for all the cooperation and help. Thanks again to the hospital for all the services provided.
Even after booking an appointment for 2:00 PM, the test was not done until almost 3:00 PM, and the doctor didn’t see us until around 5:30 PM. On top of that, the doctor took more than a one-hour lunch break while patients were already waiting for hours. What is the purpose of giving appointment slots if patients still have to wait the entire day? They collect the fees first and then make you sit there for 4–5 hours without any proper explanation. It literally took the whole day just for one consultation. The most upsetting part was the staff behavior. The attendants were extremely unprofessional and rude. They talk to patients without basic respect, as if they have complete authority and patients don’t matter. I even saw some poor people waiting for 6–7 hours with no proper response from the staff. The management seriously needs improvement. Very unprofessional service and rude behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
