I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The overall hygiene was far below acceptable standards for a healthcare facility, and the staff appeared unprofessional and poorly trained. What stood out the most was the extremely rude and uncooperative behavior of the receptionist. She was dismissive, avoided eye contact, and refused to answer questions properly. Her attitude made an already stressful visit even more frustrating. It’s unacceptable for a frontline staff member in a hospital to treat patients with such disregard. We were made to wait over 40 minutes for an X-ray, only to be told the technician was in the OT. During this time, no one bothered to provide clear information or assistance. The X-ray room itself was also in an unhygienic and neglected condition. The doctor was similarly dismissive and lacked basic courtesy. I strongly advise against visiting this hospital unless there are major improvements in both staff behavior—especially at the reception—and the overall cleanliness of the facility.
I have a disappointing experience at this hospital (Delhi Ortho Spine Hospital (Dr. Rajesh Singh) front of PAC Gate, Meera Patti, Prayagraj) due to the uncooperative behavior of the staff and the poor condition of medical equipment. Many BP instruments were not functioning properly, and when we requested a replacement, the staff took over two hours to respond. On top of the delay, they were rude and unprofessional in their interaction with the attendants. Such negligence and lack of empathy in a healthcare setting are unacceptable. Hospitals should ensure their equipment is well-maintained and that their staff is trained to handle patient concerns with care and respect. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve their services.
Careless behavior by some female nursing staff during IV infusions is concerning. Many times, air enters the IV line, and when questioned, the nurses often say it is 'normal.' This level of carelessness is alarming because air entering the veins is not normal and can be dangerous. Proper training and attention to detail are critical to ensure patient safety during such procedures. they doesn't know how to apply venflom. female staffs are really sense less.
Never seen anywhere else that If you have had treatment here and you ask them for a medical certificate they will charge you for it. They try to sell medicine and other useless gadgets as much as possible to each patient per visit. They charge you double for any operation compared to any other experienced doctor in the city.
The only thing that works here is the X-Ray machines. Doctor didn't know about Patient Satisfaction. Dr. Rajesh Singh even said ligament Breakage can be diagnosed with X-Ray results. I mean , What ? If you don't want to see the Patients just close the hospital ... Dont lie ... You lose your credibility. Never coming back again.
