I visited this hospital today at around 10:30 AM with my parents for an eye consultation. After completing the preliminary tests, we were asked to wait until 1:00 PM for the doctor’s visit. However, when our turn finally came, the support staff realized that the required eye drops had not been administered earlier. Because of this oversight, we were informed that we would now need to wait for another two hours before meeting the doctor. This delay was entirely due to internal mismanagement and lack of coordination from the staff side, which caused significant inconvenience to my elderly parents. What was even more disappointing was that shortly after this, a couple arrived—apparently with some reference—and they were allowed to meet the doctor immediately without any waiting. This clearly reflected preferential treatment, which is unacceptable in a healthcare environment where patients are already under stress and discomfort. A few months ago, this hospital had a very good reputation for patient handling and professionalism. Unfortunately, today’s experience was far from satisfactory and has left us deeply disappointed. I request you to look into this matter seriously, improve coordination among the staff, and ensure that all patients are treated equally without any VIP culture. I hope necessary corrective actions will be taken so that others do not face similar issues.

Agrawal Hospitals provides excellent medical care with very supportive doctors and staff. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and patient-friendly. The doctors explain everything clearly and treat patients with genuine care. Highly recommended for quality and trustworthy healthcare.

Overall, not good. The reception section need training to listen understand then deliver. Specially the billing guy is always in hurry don’t listen fully. I asked for my bills for amount deposited for surgery but he didn’t respond. I thought it’s another counter and was waiting in the queue only to know the billing person supposed to give. Wasted my time standing in the wrong queue

Very bad experience.. Plz humble request Don't go there.. Bcz my mother's appointment 5 to 5.30.. They charge 300 but doctor don't see my mother 's eye problem.. The manager say me dr's have some personal work.. He can't see.. No value of money & time.. Plz don't go . It's happen in Bhubaneswar saheed Nagar branch Today......
