She clearly explained my condition, was very patient during every visit, and made me feel completely at ease. My daughter also underwent a complex eye surgery here, and the team made the entire process so smooth and comforting for her. Dr. Bindhiya’s care and reassurance truly made a difference. Mrs. Chaitanya, the consultant, was equally kind and efficient, guiding us through billing and insurance procedures with complete clarity and ease. We have been under treatment here for an extended period for diabetic retinal issues. Despite repeated follow-ups, injections, and even escalation last year requiring travel to Hyderabad at our own expense, the condition has regressed back to square one. What has been most concerning is not just the medical outcome, but the lack of clear written communication explaining why the treatment did not deliver sustained improvement and what will be done differently now. A confirmed appointment was also missed, adding to delays. We are still awaiting a transparent, documented explanation and a concrete corrective plan. Patients and families dealing with serious retinal conditions deserve clarity, accountability, and timely coordination.

Dear Team at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, We have visited Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital multiple times and appreciate the quality of care and the many positive aspects of the treatment provided. However, we would like to highlight one major concern faced by patients after consultation. The medicines prescribed are often not available at regular medical stores, even in major cities. In most cases, these medicines can only be purchased at your hospital pharmacy, which becomes inconvenient for patients, especially hospital will be closed by 7 PM and these timings will not sync with office hours. If we missed to buy medicines on Saturday from Dr. Agarwal, we have to wait until next Saturday. We kindly request you to consider prescribing universally available or commonly marketed medicines wherever possible, so that patients can easily procure them from any medical store across cities or countries.
