Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital Yelankha

I underwent Cataract surgery for both my eyes a few years back. Dr.Sripathy, Surgeon was very good and finished the surgery in quick time. He also complimented me for being a 'good patient'. The other doctors and staff who handled the process for pre-surgery, insurance claim and post-surgery were very efficient, polite, patiently answering my queries. Post-surgery, I did not experience any complications like red eyes, irritation in the eyes or watering, etc. My vision was like 4k in HD. Overall a very satisfying and comfortable experience. It's for these above reasons that when friends/relatives etc. ask for a reference I, without hesitation recommend Dr.Agarwals Eye Hospital. Very unprofessional experience. The doctor (Shwetha Subharaj) had extremely long nails which poked my eye during examination and caused pain for several hours. Despite informing her twice, she was arrogant and dismissed it. Basic hygiene was not followed, no gloves were worn. Doctors are expected to maintain proper hygiene and care, which was clearly lacking here. Never consult her without first checking her nails, as eyes are the most sensitive part of the body.

I visited Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital in Yelahanka and had a very good experience. The doctor was responsive, the service was excellent, and the hospital maintained proper hygienic cleaning. Highly recommended for eye care.

My mother aged 92 yrs was suffering from reddish eye in right one, long back cataract undergone. Immediately i took to Agarwal, Yelahanka 16/1/26, The service was excellent, from the entry, with a welcome wheelchair, being super senior citizen by an attender. After initial registration formalities, all checkups etc with two doctor consultation was completed in a very nice manner. From attendent, reception, checkup nurses and Doctor, all attended very well to our utmost delight. To our surprise, as ours was first visit, there was no registration/consultation fee, being super senior citizen. Overall the turnaround time for the patients is efficient at all levels. Thank you Agarwals, Yelahanka and the entire team.

We had cataract surgery for my mother in law! The process was fast and seamless! Ashwini from 2nd floor OT had explained in detail to the patient on what are the dos n donts ! Overall the experience was good! Even doctors explain in detail the lens needed and how to go continue the lifestyle! Also in insurance sangita was helpful to fasten our process! As well top notch counselling by shama!
