I had a very disappointing experience during my LASIK consultation with Dr. M.D.K. Ramalingam. The doctor came across as rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable as a patient. Instead of properly explaining the procedure and addressing my concerns, the conversation immediately shifted toward assumptions about affordability and getting the surgery done elsewhere. As a patient, I expect a doctor to provide guidance, explain options clearly, and allow me to make my own decision without feeling judged. Unfortunately, I felt the interaction lacked empathy and professionalism. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a doctor consultation. I would suggest considering hospitals where patient communication and care are given more importance.

Agarwals hospital was open on Sunday also. This would be helpful in case of Emergency and working persons. Dr.B.Ashok was very good and clear in his consultation and made a one week follow up.
