I had a really disappointing experience at Hedgewar Hospital. They delayed my reports and made me wait far longer than expected for almost everything. There’s a serious lack of coordination and communication no one gives clear updates, and patients are left frustrated. I hope they improve their management and become more professional in handling reports and appointments. I had really bad experience about NICU unit in the hedgewar hospital. After delivery doctor recommended to put my doughter in NICU. Normal delivery happened. I was admitted in the hospital, doctor asked me to go in NICU unit every 2-3 hours to feed baby. First 2 days was ok ok but on third day they didn't called me for feeding. When I reached there they told me they have already done with the feeding with formula milk. After that I don't know what they did to my doughter, she was crying like anything I could only understood that they have done something wrong with her. Womens working in NICU are unprofessional, uses slang language while talking to little ones admitted in NICU unit. Pass bad comments about new mothers to each other while working in there More over they don't even be good with new mothers. They demotivate to mother like she can't hold baby properly, she can't feed well etc etc. if you are going for delivery in hedgewar.... please don't put your baby in NICU unit over there in case your doctor recommends. I suggest to hedgewar incharge please look into this matter seriously, and need to take strict action if this is not possible you can consider to close NICU unit in there. It is not worth it. 7k per day charge I paid. Doctors are really good there but shame on womens working in NICU unit.

Just seeking profit of their own hospital, first. Lack of proper coordination. Improper convey of messages (staff). Incorrect diagnosis by Dr. Rajana Deshmukh, as incorrect BP measurement, untouched patient check by doctor, etc. Too long wait time, slightly rude behaviour of staff. UNSATISFIED

I didn't find anything good about Yojna department. What is happening in this department? Is it really such a disgusting department? I had come to your Hedgewar Hospital, but your staff does not have a good attitude.And instead of working, they were talking about something else entirely; they were taking out their anger from home on me. That's not fair This won't do. And the employee's name is ( Rajesh jethe ) Otherwise, I will file a police complaint against this hospital, and you should take immediate action against this employee.
