I took my father to Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital for an OPD consultation with Dr. Kanchan Gadkari (General Medicine). From the very first interaction, Dr. Gadkari was thorough, polite, and extremely clear in his explanations. His calm yet firm approach immediately gave us confidence. That same night, when my father suffered a heart attack, Dr. Gadkari personally came to the hospital at 2:30 AM. This level of dedication is rare and truly commendable. He immediately coordinated with Dr. Sushant Patil (Cardiology), and everything moved swiftly — angiography, angioplasty, and stenting were performed without delay. Within 12 hours, my father was out of the OT and thankfully recovering well. The nursing staff was caring and attentive throughout the process. A special mention to Rekha Nallawala from the Radiology/Sonography department for her kindness and support during a stressful time, for quick reports. The only minor challenge we faced was some delay in TPA processing, but the medical care itself was outstanding. Overall, we are deeply grateful to Dr. Gadkari , Dr.Sushant Patil and the entire team at Nanavati Max. Highly recommended for their professionalism, speed, and compassionate care.

I recently visited this hospital and had a very positive experience. The doctors were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the treatment clearly. The nursing staff was attentive and supportive throughout the process. The hospital premises were clean and well-maintained, and the overall management seemed organized. The staff at the reception and billing department were also cooperative and guided us properly. Overall, I appreciate the level of care and professionalism provided. While playing cricket, I was accidentally hit on my leg with a bat. I immediately visited a nearby clinic where the doctor applied a temporary plaster and referred me to Nanavati Hospital for further management. When I arrived at the Emergency Department, Dr. Renaldo, Dr. Rishika, and Brother Saiyed took excellent care of me. They carefully removed the plaster and conducted a thorough examination before properly diagnosing my injury. Brother Saiyed helped me stay comfortable and ensured I was positioned properly. He spoke very kindly and even shared some light-hearted moments and jokes, which helped reduce my stress and made me feel much more relaxed.
