Dr. Dudhabhate Netralaya & Retina Centre

I visited for the first time to check my mom's eye, From the receptionist to the doctor everyone is kind and cooperative, before visiting the doctor i was doubtful about how everyone rates above 4 stars, but now I can say the doctor and staff deserve it. Account department also cooperative, i think doctor is lucky to have such staff, it's really hard to get good staff in any organisation. Coming to the doctor, he is an expert in his field and passionate , he answered all my queries, gave enough time to the patient, with his confidence and explanation i immediately booked for both Eyes DCR surgery.

Worst experience ever . I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Anil Dudhbhate and his team. The waiting time was extremely long, with no proper communication or respect for patients’ time. Even after waiting for hours, there was no clear explanation or apology from the staff. The behavior of the team was quite rude and unprofessional. Simple questions were answered with irritation, and the overall attitude made patients feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of being supportive or empathetic, the staff appeared careless and dismissive. The entire experience felt poorly managed and stressful, which is the last thing one expects in a medical environment. Patients come looking for care and reassurance, but unfortunately, neither the coordination nor the behavior of the team reflected that. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience, and I hope the doctor and his team take patient feedback seriously and work on improving their professionalism, communication, and time management.

Treatment was very good and surgery treatment was very good everything was well managed. I appreciate the quality care provided during my mother's cataract surgery. The surgical team was professional, the nursing staff was polite and attentive, and all procedures were well-organized. The hospital environment was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a very good experience

My experience with Dudhbhate clinic is very nice. They are very prompt in service. Reception ma’am is talk with very polite. Dr. Nimbalkar ma’am guide very nicely. She understands the problem. Dr Dudhbhate sir is very humble and understands the urgency of patient. He treat my husband very well. Thanks for your service
