Mixed experience with eyelid surgery Had an eyelid papilloma removed here last week. The hospital has a great reputation and the surgeon was genuinely skilled and caring she even personally helped me with wound care during follow-up. However, the experience was more painful than expected. Despite 3 anesthesia shots, I could still feel the procedure. The nursing staff seemed undertrained - the assistant needed multiple corrections and the equipment (suction machine) wasn't working properly. The doctors are excellent and the facility is well-established, but there's definitely room for improvement in staff training and equipment maintenance. Would I return? Anyday ,but I'd ask more questions about anesthesia protocols upfront. Pros:Experienced surgeons, good follow-up care, established reputation Cons: Only 1 nursing Staff need training. UPDATE: Hospital called me today to follow up and re-explained the wound cleaning process in detail. Shows they do care about patient experience. I even sent them a detailed feedback & I m really impressed btw :)

Excellent service and professional doctors. All the staff talks politely. You can ask anything from the doctors and consultants they'll always answer you. They are always available for you. This Hospital is specially cares for eye lasik surgeries at very affordable prices all over India. Must visit for everyone if you have any issue related to eye.
