I have a mixed review about Drishti, here doctors are very good aloing with all the latest equipments and machines. sometimes the waiting time goes high on weekends. or may be due to shortage of staff on some days. but staff along with managment here is very good to manage all kind of issues.My overall experience is good. All types of eye treatment including Cataract / Lasik / Retina are avialable in drishti eye centre. recommanded to all who want eye cheakup/treatment.
I just visited here and I’m really impressed. The staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and the service was quick and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone needing eye care!
Doctor himself is a very gentle person with very rich experience, but the problem arises with his time, appointment is given to people but the doctor himself is never available on time, the staff waste the precious time of patients and their attendants, on one or other pretext, it is highly unethical practice, they think everyone other than them is free and has ample time to waste and can sit forever.
