I had a very good experience with Drishti Eye Hospital during my mother’s cataract surgery. The entire process went very smoothly, and the staff were extremely helpful and supportive throughout. One thing that impressed me the most was the discharge process. The hospital discharged my mother even before the insurance approval came through. They simply told us that if there was any difference after the approval, we could settle it later from home. This level of trust and patient-focused care is rare these days, as many hospitals prioritize payments over patient convenience and comfort. Another positive aspect was that the cataract surgery package included blood tests and medicines, which made the process much easier for us. They also made follow-up calls after the surgery to check on my mother’s recovery. Overall, it was a very smooth and reassuring experience. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the hospital staff.
My mother had operated both eyes recently for catarct surgery and she had a very good experience overall.. Surgery was completely painless and she was able to see through eyes after 2 hours. Post suregery care was also very helpful abd all staff was very courteous.Thank you doctor.
