The clinic provides excellent eye care services. The doctor is highly skilled, polite, and explains everything clearly. The staff is supportive, and the clinic is well-equipped with modern facilities. I am very satisfied with the treatment and highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of eye care."

I am writing this with DEEP Disappointment about my mother-in-law’s treatment at Dr. Sandeep Mithal Advanced Phaco Refractive Vitreo Retina Centre, Meerut. She is 75 years old and had cataract in both eyes. In April 2025, treatment for her right eye started under the supervision of Dr. Ms. Kopal Mithal Sharma. Despite regular visits and treatment, there was no improvement or vision recovery for months. In 22nd September 2025, when we visited again, something shocking happened - the anesthesia injection was wrongly given in her left eye instead of the right one. After waiting the whole day (10 AM to 4 PM), nothing was done for the right eye, and instead her left eye, which was perfectly fine after a successful cataract surgery, also lost vision. When we questioned and asked for clarification or at least a written record, the doctor behaved rudely, blamed the patient, and refused to provide any receipt or acknowledgment of the mistake. They only mentioned refunding the cost of the wrongly administered anesthesia injection, but did so without any apology or acceptance of responsibility. The left eye cataract surgery had earlier been successful, but this careless anesthesia error has now put both eyes at risk. My biggest concern — what if it hadn’t been just anesthesia, but some other injection? Who would have taken responsibility for such negligence? This review is not written out of anger, but to warn other families. Please think twice before trusting your loved ones here. Medical professionals should admit mistakes and support patients, not blame them. I am not here to suggest or promote any other clinic or hospital for treatment. Attached are the documents as proof for everyone to understand the situation.

I went there for eye test and spent over 15000 on my specs but some how my eyes couldn’t adjust that no. I went there to retest my no. But I was unattended for an hour. Rs 15000 wasted due to wrong analysis. And no one is responsible there. Dear sir I can revisit but who will bear additional cost also for your information my file and specs is in the clinic.
