My father was suffering from a skull base infection. As a last hope, we went to the hospital. Dr. Lavanya treated him with great care and dedication. Now, my father is recovering well. The way Dr. Lavanya received us and took care of the patient was excellent. The treatment provided was very effective. Naga Alekhya madam has been good. I have consulted with other nephrologist about my mom, it didn't show any result but naga alekhya madam has prescribed good medicine, now my mom's health is much better.

The hospital does not provide adequate ventilation in its patient areas, which made the environment feel stuffy and uncomfortable. OP (outpatient) services are placed in between the patient admission rooms, increasing the risk of infection and making the space crowded and noisy. Overall Experience The quality of care and facilities at this hospital did not meet basic standards of patient health and comfort. The lack of proper ventilation and poor room layout, combined with inattentive staff, made my experience unsatisfactory. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works on making immediate improvements for the well-being of all patients.
