The staff is polite and respectful. Dr Siddharth is also very skilled at his work. This is where I got my braces. The waiting area is also quite lively and comfortable with sufficient amount of space and lighting which makes the patient relaxed and puts them at ease. They also have a coffee machine and magazines to keep one busy.

Experienced doctors especially Dr. Siddharth who is very adept in his skills … also staff is very courteous who attend to and reply to every query… appointment system and reminders thereof are great which help you to plan your visit in advance… nice and clean ambience with all modern facilities

Ethical Dental and Dr. Siddharth was very helpful and gave me good advice on my treatment. I was able to regularly have checkups and get my teeth fixed. I was also recommended a long term plan for proper dental care. Jia helped me with all my appointments and timely treatments. I sometimes struggled with waiting times but mostly a good experience.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and professional focus at this clinic. While the doctor may have had the right clinical intentions, there was a total failure in providing informed consent. I was told I needed 'fillings,' but the doctor removed 40-50% of two teeth in one go (taking 2.5 hours !!), creating massive 'craters' for issues that three different dentists hadn't even flagged. I have paid for a separate consultation, and at the very least, a doctor must explain the extent of such an invasive treatment before starting. I have now suffered irrevocable damage to two of my teeth, which I deeply regret. It is my tooth, not the doctor's, and the choice to proceed with such aggressive removal should have been mine to make. To make matters worse, the doctor was multitasking during the procedure, leading to the drill grazing my lip—a complete lack of focus that is unacceptable. Overall I am not happy with the treatment, nor the communication.
