Wife had a cataract surgery on right eye at Eye Mantra "Super Speciality eye care" in Ghaziabad and it was an exceptional experience. Dr. Marisha Bishnoi was outstanding her clear explanations during consultation eased our anxiety, and her expertise made the procedure quick, painless, and seamless. The staff's warmth and attentive pre & post operation care were truly impressive.
My LASIK surgery experience was very smooth and comfortable. The procedure was quick and almost painless. The medical staff was supportive and explained everything clearly. My vision is improving day by day, and overall I am satisfied with the results.
Staff behaviour is not good specially suman. Very disappointing experience at Eye Mantra Hospital, Paschim Vihar. On call, they clearly said the appointment would be free, but after visiting, they still charged consultation fees. This feels misleading and unprofessional. If something is chargeable, it should be informed clearly before calling the patient. Wasting someone’s time and then asking for money is not acceptable. Transparency and honesty are very important in healthcare services. Would not recommend based on this experience. Fraud
