Today, when I took my mother for an eye check-up, we had a very unpleasant experience. While the reception staff behaved politely, Dr. Gopishree G. Nair was extremely rude. I had booked the appointment for 8:00 AM, but even by 11:00 AM, the eye examination was not completed. We had gone just to check her eye power, but the delay was unbearable and highly irritating. They delayed the process by two hours beyond the usual time. Moreover, Dr. Gopishree’s assistant staff behaved in a mocking and disrespectful manner. When I asked about the delay, they sarcastically said, *"It’s not even 12 yet; of course, it will take time."* I didn't ask for their name, but their behavior was unacceptable. Dr. Gopishree herself treated my mother with no compassion at all, which was extremely distressing. I will never consult her again for any reason. Such behavior makes it difficult for ordinary people to receive proper treatment at such establishments.
I was having pain while looking and focusing along with severe redness in botheyes. Dr Priya Verghese is the 4th doctors whom I consulted for this disease. She had in depth study as it was related with cornea (krishani) and virus effected both my eyes. She provided good treatment and the medicines which she given had such a good effect that within one week there was a considerable change. I hope under her effective treatment I will be 100% perfect.
